I will make an online donation
Make a gift to JWA through Paypal
Make a gift to JWA by credit card
I will send a check
Make it out to:
Jewish Women’s Archive
1860 Washington Street, Suite 204
Newton, MA 02466
Your eligible tax deduction will be based on the postmark date for your gift.
I will donate through my Donor Advised Fund (DAF)
JWA’s EIN is 04-3293188.
A donor-advised fund (DAF) is a giving account established at a public charity such as a community foundation or investment entity such as Fidelity, Schwab or Merrill Lynch. When you make a donation to the DAF, you receive your tax deduction immediately. You recommend grants to nonprofit organizations like JWA from the fund over time.
I will donate appreciated securities or mutual fund assets
When you give appreciated assets, you avoid paying capital-gains tax on the increased value of your stock. You may also be entitled to a charitable deduction based on the stock’s current value.
Please contact CEO Judith Rosenbaum for JWA's brokerage account information and please notify us of your pending stock donation (including the company and number of shares) so that we can credit your gift in a timely and accurate manner.
I will donate through my Required Minimum Distribution from my retirement account
Use your retirement account to make a tax-free gift that benefits you and JWA's mission at the same time!
You must let your retirement account custodian know of your intentions and the amount so they can cut the check to JWA. The firm will send the check for you to pass along to JWA.
I want to remember JWA in my will or trust
Contact JWA's Chief Development Officer Debra Cash. We can begin the process as part of your estate planning and are happy to work with you and your financial advisor to craft an arrangement in accordance with your wishes.
