Rising Voices

JWA provides a platform to amplify young Jewish women’s voices through the Rising Voices Fellowship, a leadership development program for female-identified teens who have a passion for writing, and a strong interest in feminism and Judaism—particularly as they relate to social justice.

The Rising Voices Fellowship is funded in part by a grant from The Miriam Fund at CJP.

About Rising Voices

Founded in 2013, the Rising Voices Fellowship is a ten-month program for female-identified Jewish teens in 10th-12th grades with a passion for writing and an interest in Judaism, feminism, and social justice.
