The Rabbinical School Wasn’t Prepared for Outsiders

When the Leo Baeck College put out an advertisement welcoming “outsiders,” Rabbi Elizabeth Tikvah Sarah applied, but quickly realized that the school wasn’t ready to handle real diversity.
