Andrea Kalinowski's Painting of Mrs. Zelickson

Andrea Kalinowski's painting of the Canadian pioneer woman known as Mrs. Zelickson. The text on the painting is an excerpt from a letter written by Mrs. C. Zelickson, published in the Nor'-West Farmer, March 5, 1925, and reprinted in Anna Feldman's A Woman Of Valour Who Can Find?: Jewish-Saskatchewan Women In Two Rural Settings.

The painting is part of Kalinowski's series, "Stories Untold: Jewish Pioneer Women, 1850–1910."
