Debra Nussbaum Cohen is an award-winning reporter on staff at The New York Jewish Week, where she writes about trends in spirituality and Jewish identity. She is also a freelance contributor on religion to The New York Times and has written for The Wall Street Journal, New York magazine, The Village Voice and many Jewish periodicals.
