No, she wasn't a Christian. There were no Christians during that time period. According to the book of Acts,The Disciples were called "Christians" first in the city of Antioch.

As to her faith, apparently she was chosen by God to be the instrument to feed Elijah. God knew she had a servant's heart and a heart to trust and believe God. That is why He sent Elijah to her. Jesus referenced this in the book of Luke.
