I don't feel that the negative remarks about Meiran and Thatcher awell founded. They were of an era of woman who emerged on their own because they were truly brillian and talented. They need no lift or support or affirmative action. They were purelt powerful because they wereso. They were there to do a job, not to prove that they were mans equal, they were strong and effective human beings and recognized as such. they didn't get the job because of egalitarianism, nor did they feel victimized as women.
