As a young girl of eight or nine I remember listening to a play broadcast on the radio . This was I did when my parents were out for an hour or so even though I was told not to touch the radio that I had to listen.This story of JUDITH had such an affect on my heart and mind that even today that memory of Judiths bravery in cutting off Holofernes head.
