My name is Kyra Anne Ackerman and Rivka & Abraham Golomb were my grandparents. Berle Golomb was my father, the sweetest, most generous person I’ve ever encountered in my life. He passed December 3rd 2017 and with him almost all knowledge of my grandparents and his life. I do not know if this is a generational thing or a immigrant behavior but neither of my grandparents or my father were ever forthcoming about their history. It would be a beautiful, life changing thing for me if anyone would post about my family, I would love to know absolutely anything.
