JWA celebrates several Jewish trans women of note on our site, including Amanda Simpson and Martine Rothblatt, and look forward to including more in the future (such as poet Joy Ladin). A major priority for JWA from the beginning has been showing a spectrum of Jewish women's experiences throughout historyÌ¢âÂÛfrom culturally Jewish women to deeply religious ones, from radical feminists to those who took on more traditional women's roles. The experiences of trans women are definitely part of that tapestry. Are there particular Jewish trans women of note that you think should be part of our site?
