Then he goes on to state that, on the other hand, for a man, one woman is superior to all others. It is the man's body from which the rib was taken, and it is the man who discerns which woman is the one "bone of my bones" to complete him. That is why Ben Sira is of the opinion that, if a woman chooses the man for herself, the woman can err (do wrong). That is also why the Bible tells the man to go out into the vineyards at the time of the grape harvest and select for himself a bride, and is why women at Tu B'Av traditionally say to the men, "YOU choose."
