The book of Esther is an important one for the voice and story of women. She was strong and used all she had to make a difference in her people's lives. Women were not equal as they are in today's times and I feel that she was so courageous! She put her life on the line for her beliefs! Even if the story is fiction...it says something about society's view of women at the time and where it was headed in the future. That's our story ladies!
