It is unwise to exegete Hebrew unless you are proficient in Hebrew. 1. Your definition of the imperfect is a Greek or English definition but incorrect for Hebrew. The Hebrew imperfect demonstrates future aspect/tense. "we will know." you also read too much into the tense. The more important aspect of verbs is the Binyan. 2. Do what is good in your eyes is a Hebrewism, not a blessing, echoing "And everyone did what was right in his own eyes." 3. Anah in Deuteronomy 27:14 is not the same word as Anah in Judges 19:24, as a good concordance will show you. Anah in Deuteronomy is Anah-I, answer. Anah in Judges 19:24 is Anah-II, to humiliate. Anah has a third definition-to sing, which fits neither Deuteronomy nor Judges. We have the same thing in English with words like "to set" as in to place, set a volleyball, establish, get something ready, etc. Finally, the verb in 19:25 is 3MS because it is Hiphil, which can be seen in the Holem. I-Yod verbs in the Hiphil drop the first Yod and insert a Holem (defectively) or a Holem Waw (Plene)
