I worked with Lotte during 1969 to 1972 and 1974 to 1960 on chemical mutagenesis. I was around 32years that time and she might bet 70 but I never felt the age gap between us. She was very helpful to young scientists. I learnt much of Genetics by discusssions on several related topics. She also paid attention to my two daughters who were 3 and five years old that time.
