excellent post, shira! thank you for the honesty and raw-ness of it. you're 100% right-- we are truly thrust into our religion and so much of it (all ?) is not by choice, which oozes a lack of authenticity. as a mom of young children i think about this. all. the. time. thank youfor a lot of food for thought.
