The fines and hassle can be horrendous. What happens if your cash domestic worker falls down the stairs while cleaning your house and sues you? Your insurance won't cover them, so then you are liable for medical bills, damages, pain & suffering, AND the legal system coming after you for paying them off the books. Scary.
