Share Her Story This Purim

Most women’s stories never make it into history. After all, who would have thought that the tale of Esther, a Jewish woman of color risking everything for her people, would have been remembered for thousands of years? It takes creativity and dedication to keep our legacies alive.

In the spirit of Esther’s story, JWA is partnering with the Jewish Multiracial Network and Repair the World to share stories of modern Jewish women of color, Mizrahi, and Sephardi women – powerful Jewish leaders, whose efforts to strengthen and preserve the Jewish community deserve to be celebrated, emulated, and remembered.

Help us grow the tapestry of stories. Share your story as a Jewish woman of color, Mizrahi, and/or Sephardi woman – or invite someone you admire to share her story in this JWA collection. Together, we can help make history more inclusive. #ShareHerStory
