Ninety-nine year-old sculptor Sarah Gettleman Silberman was honored at the reopening of the Montgomery College art gallery, which was renamed for her and refurbished and expanded with funds she donated for that purpose and for scholarships. Silberman had studied sculpture and ceramics at the college through the 1980s and 1990s.
