Weiss-Trude - still image

For more than fifty years, Trude Weiss-Rosmarin edited the Jewish Spectator, where her controversial opinions regarding subjects such as feminism and Palestinian nationalism made the magazine influential beyond its circulation. Her passion, however, was Jewish culture, and she used her editorials, articles and lectures to encourage Jewish education.
