Women poets who were an integral part of Yiddish literary creativity in all of its major centers of the twentieth century, included Shifre Kholodenko in Kiev, Kadya Molodowsky (L) and Rajzel Zychlinski in Warsaw, Miriam Ulinover and Rikudah Potash in Lodz, Dvoyre Fogel in Lvov, Ida Maze (C), Rokhl Korn (R) and Chava Rosenfarb in Montreal, Malka Heifetz Tussman and Esther Shumiatcher in Los Angeles, and Sore Birnboym in Buenos Aires.
