Henrietta Szold with the first graduating class of the Hadassah Nurses Training School, 1921


The Hadassah Nurses Training School was the first institution to offer a professional education to women in Jewish Palestine. It would later be renamed the Hadassah-Hebrew University Henrietta Szold School of Nursing.
