What Else She Said

I didn't know that I'm so strong. I didn't know that I'm so gutsy. I can tell you that I never would be divorced in Russia. We went through so much together you would think that it would unite us. But we were so different in the way we see this life and this country and what we can do and how we can pursue it. I had the strength to say that I want to divorce my husband and be on my own... I wanted to be me. I was scared and wasn't sure if I could survive. But I did, and it gave me good feelings about myself being strong and capable to be who I am and express myself fully without any interruption. And I think it's also a great gift to realize who you are.
