What Else She Said
One way to get involved is to join with local Jewish organizations that are fighting for causes. In belonging to organizations, there are many opportunities to get involved with other groups and issues in a cooperative way. We at Hadassah, for example, walked together with the Susan Komen Foundation Race for the Cure. And we also participated in a program for gun control. So joining even one organization can open up many different opportunities to get involved.
