How to Become and Stay an Activist...
  • Look around you and into your heart and find something that you are really passionate about, or something that really, really bothers you.

  • Think larger that yourself. It makes you feel good and makes a difference.
  • Set small goals.
  • Try it.

  • Visit nature.
  • Take up a hand-craft.
  • Find support circles of caring and comfort.
  • Remember that any action towards social justice makes the world a better place.
