I'd say the biggest joy of all is these marvelous doctoral students that we have from all over the world, people who are committed to making this their lives in the future. Being in touch with them in the years after they leave, seeing what they do when they go back to their homes and their countries or all over the United States; that to me, is really one of the peaks.
