Well it's always hard to juggle, but fortunately I do have a partner who is also committed to arranging a flexible work schedule -- both of us work part time, both of us are committed to maintaining the family. Someone will say, 'Oh, my partner helps out.' It's not like helping, it's more really a partnership. And it's still hard, you know. Last night, having to return phone calls... Having to deal with things, and my younger son had to do this project where he had to draw an image of each family member, so he had me, of course, on the telephone. So in that way, it's hard because it's really hard to be doing just one thing or another thing.
