I have never had problems being a female... When the Dean at Curry [College] was leaving, he said, "You should have this job" and I knew the Assistant Dean was running for the job and I did not apply for it. That probably was the only time that I felt that they would just go for a male rather than a female.
But other times... if we had an argument, it was an argument on subject matter, it was not on whether I was female or male, or whether I was Jewish or Christian. Those things were not pertinent really.
