Priscilla Murolo teaches history at Sarah Lawrence College, where she directs the graduate program in women’s history. She is the author of The Common Ground of Womanhood: Class, Gender, and Working Girls’ Clubs, 1884–1928 and co-author of From the Folks Who Brought You the Weekend: A Short Illustrated History of Labor in the United States.
