Leila Diamond

Leila Diamond (1925–1999) was professor emeritus of the Wistar Institute of Anatomy and Biology in Philadelphia. Diamond received her B.A. in medical microbiology from the University of Wisconsin and her Ph.D. in biology from Cornell University Medical College, Sloan-Kettering Division. She served on the advisory committee for the National Institutes of Health and was a member of the editorial board of the Journal of the National Cancer Institute.
